My rating here refers purely to a reservation. Otherwise I was happy here if it wasn't completely overrun. We reserved a table for six in the fireplace room for my girlfriend's birthday. The first problem was that nobody could be reached by phone for four days. Either it rang for minutes or it was busy. We had to make the reservation in person. When we were there punctually on the agreed day, it was said that our reservation had been moved from the outside to the inside even though we had explicitly reserved the fireplace room. They simply hadn't reserved a table there, otherwise the entire dining room was full. They wanted to move us to the gallery where we could have sat in two pairs, two of us would have been separated from the rest of the other. Not an acceptable solution for us. Probably understandable on a birthday. Next we stood in the guest room for 20 minutes and waited until we were put off at a small table in a corner until something bigger was available. After an hour, the six of us were allowed to squeeze together at a table for four. The second star is only given because we got the first round for free as an excuse.

One star is still too much for this disastrous service. It was reserved for several people. However, there weren't enough seats. Instead of being looked after after complaining, we were ignored. Waving and calling was not responded to or even looked the other way. The following guests had to stand until a waitress took care of us after three quarters of an hour. It was over an hour before we had the drinks and the bill was a long time coming. If we had left the restaurant without paying, no one would have noticed anything. That was definitely our last visit!

Great place to relax, enjoy the sun and have a great time. In summer it is perfect outdoors, in autumn / winter a cozy atmosphere both inside and in the heated outdoor area.

So far always very satisfied with the location, but today an absolute one "No go". Dogs have always been running around freely in the outdoor area of ​​the Kostbar, which is not proper. After all, there are people who are afraid of dogs, no matter what size they are. Today, of all people, the boss's dog sat down next to a beanbag with guests and pissed ...... that doesn't work. A young waiter then tried to apologize, but unfortunately he did not have the courage to tell his boss what had happened. An apology would have been more than appropriate here. We'll avoid this location for a while. Pity!

The coziest bar I know! Nice, relaxed service and very tasty cakes! I think it's good that you can use snacks and sweets for free and it has WiFi. So you can also work on the laptop there!

The dance floor, was not a dance floor at all, too bad. It would have been better in the lower room. So you could talk upstairs and dance downstairs. A large long mirror in the toilet would be an advantage. The prices were a bit high.

Very nice atmosphere! Here you feel comfortable from the very first second, as in your own living room 😊 The service was very friendly and attentive and the coffee was delicious. An exceptional place with lots of charm and warmth. We'll be back!
